RCSC series low temperature superconducting iron removers use superconducting magnets to generate the strong magnetic field required for iron removal. The advantage is that there is current without resistance in the superconducting state (- 269 ℃), and the current generates super strong magnetic field (50000Gs) through the superconducting coil. It has the advantages that ordinary electromagnetic iron removers cannot match, such as high magnetic field strength, large magnetic field depth, strong iron absorption capacity, light weight, low energy consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection.
The superconducting coil is immersed in liquid helium in 4K Dewar. To ensure that the heat leakage of 4K Dewar is small enough, 40 Dewar and 300K Dewar are installed. The helium condenser is used to provide superconducting low temperature. When the superconducting iron remover works, it generates a strong magnetic field, so that the impurity iron in the coal will impact the body at an extremely fast speed. To ensure that the impact force will not affect the superconducting iron remover, a patented elastic suspension device is installed to absorb the impact energy and protect the long-term stable work of the superconducting iron remover. This product has obtained 3 national patents.
